great location easy access amazing food language barrier old equipment maintenance neglect
the location was great, with easy access to the beach and sea. premises planning seemed well thought out . the buffet food was amazing!!!
English communication with staff presented challenges. Explanations of requests were difficult. some gym equipment looked old, and its maintenance seemed neglected. i felt there was a lack of responsiveness despite multiple complaints.

the staff was friendly and helpful. taylan and kadir from the restaurants were super! meryen from customer service also stood out. they really made the experience lovely for me
the smell around the pool was quite noticeable at times, not something you expect.

the room was super clean and comfortable with good facilities. it featured a seating area with a small table, two bedside tables with lamps, and a spacious wardrobe including ample hangers and shelving for organizing clothing and personal items.

lounger competition watered down drinks
I was pretty annoyed with the beach situation. finding a lounger was like a competition every morning (and i am not a morning person!). also, the drinks included in the all-inclusive deal tasted cheap. they were really watered down and didn't have much flavor. I ended up buying better drinks separately, which defeated the purpose somewhat (it was like a waste of money).

a mixed bag of tricks
broken equipment old gym
the premises seemed well-planned and VERY clean.
the gym was a Joke. half of the equipment looked OLD and broken. i heard other guests complaining about it, but nobody fixed anything .
